Industry level Merger and consolidation are accelerating in DVB networks domain, not only cable network industry but also extending to Satellite network industry, taking example of Dish TV-Videocon D2H merge&possible Tata Sky-Airtel deal in India. This is to be the trend due to more pressure from OTT&IPTV.
